The customer information required on the repair form is only used for fault triage and Sony warranty surveys. This information will only be used for these purposes and will not be used for promotional or sales purposes.
Please ensure all information requested on the repair form is included and accurate including the accessories.
All non-warranty repair charges will be applied to their account, as per our credit terms.
(Note: An account on our website is not a credit account. Website accounts are purely for sales purposes, not for repairs)
Standard "Cash Sales" terms apply. Inspection/handling fees will be applicable.
